Does Gylling Teknikk AS support/finance adultery ???

From my point of view Gylling Teknikk AS (www.gylling.no) does !

Maybe that I am not right, but there are very strong evidences.
I have got an email from the president of the Gylling Holding
(http://www.gylling.se) Mr. Ericson (***@gyling.se)
writing in the name of Gylling Teknikk AS and his owners that the
company does not care what a manger is doing in his free time.
But he did not respond to my pronouncement that Gylling Teknikk
AS was funding the love affair of one of his managers.
This does in my opion confirm that I am justified.

I would never buy anything of a company suspected to support
adultery. This violates against basic ethical values, the base
of the coexistence of the humanity.

But to purchase or use services from this company or not, this
has everybody to decide by himself. I would not do this. The
same applies selling goods or services to Gylling Teknikk AS
or any associated company.

Please feel free for any comments by responding to this newsgroup
or directly to me. I don't mind if you write directly to one of
the envoled persons without sending a copy to the newsgroup or
me.

yours respectfully
xxx

Here you can find my email to the chairman of the board of
Gylling Teknikk AS Mr. Bertil Gylling (***@gylling.se).

anonymous some names/phone numbers. All other stated
names and email addresses in my article can be found in the
Internet (August 2003) and require thus no anonymity.

Dear Mr. Gylling,

in spring I tried to send a letter, a fax and an email to you via
Gylling Teknikk AS in Norway. As I am sure that you never got
this I try to inform you once more about some curious
incidents at Gylling Teknikk AS in Norway of which you
are a member of the board.

I am sure you know that companies which work based on ethical
principles are more profitable than others. This is
scientifically proven. I do not have the impression
that all managers at Gylling Teknikk AS are working/living
with ethical principals. A good reputation of the
managers and the company is important for the
success of every company. There are examples that the profit of
companies decreased when it became public that the managers or
he company supported unethical comportment.

facts:

One of the manger of the Gylling Teknikk AS (Mr XXX, a
married man) used regulary in the year 2002 the phone
of the company and his mobile phone -payed by the
company to call his lover (my wife) in Germany.
The phone numbers +49 xx xxxx (fixed) and
+49 xxx xxxx (mobile) are the telephone numbers of
my wife and no business related telephone mumbers
of Gylling Teknikk AS. Also he send daily SMS
to my wife. I am convinced that all this calls and SMS have been
deducted by Gylling Teknikk AS from the tax as business purpuse.
Proof: have a look at the telephone bills of Gylling Teknikk AS
and the bills of this mobile phone +47 xxx used by Mr. xxx and
payed by Gylling Teknikk AS.
I suggest to start last year (2002).

I am sure that Mr. xxx made more and longer business
trips to Germany than necessary by business to meet his lover.
He surely always found a alibi.
Proof: very difficult, maybe by the purporse and times of the
trips which surely do not conicident with e.g. fairs, clients
visits or search for double bedrooms, weekend stays, different
expenses than usual in his accounting to Gylling and so on or
simply ask Mr. xxx.

To comunicate easier with his lovers somebody helped Mr xxx
and opened an adiccional email account at Gylling Teknikk AS
(business: ***@gylling.no; for his love affairs:
***@gylling.no),
all expenses are payed by Gylling Tekknik AS and I am convinced
deduceted from the tax as business purpuse. I estimate that the
cost of an email account is about US$ 5,oo to 10,oo a
month (hardware, software and maintenance).
It is not the money but in my country this is against the tax laws.
Proof: have a look at the mailing system at Gylling Teknikk AS.

Also I send some emails autumn 2003 to the adm. manager of
Gylling Mr. Knut Myrvold but nothing happened. Mr. xxx continued
to call my wife on the costs of the company and stayed extended
(no business purpose) in Germany.
Proof: ask Mr. Myrvold what he did to stop Mr. xxx.

I would not be surprised if there are more things at Gylling
Teknikk AS which are "curios". Somebody in the company acts in my
eyes very professional to hide all this what I have told you.
A good auditor will find everything which I have told you and
potentially other incidents which are not not quite correct.

Perhaps the tax legislation in Norway is very different to
Germany and all the things I have told you are fully legal
in Norway. But all companies which I know do not allow this,
which in my eyes is fraud (bedrageri).

yours sincerely

P.S.
In Germany it is a criminal delict not to hand over private
letters/email or fax. I am sure that a "secrecy of the post act"
also exist in Norway -as in all democratic countries -
and that it is also in Norway a criminal delict to read and/or,
not to deliver private emails and letters/fax, especialy to
mask not proper conduct which may be potentially criminal.

If a firm pays all the bills of the managers this is called "frynsegoder". A legal comportment in Norway.

A "secrecy of the post act" also exists in Norway.
If you think that the firm has violated this law employ a lawyer.

What the firm is doing is legal in Norway. You are not the first man and will
not be the last man whoes wife had a lover.
